Become a SKI OR SNOWBOARD instructor

If you love skiing or snowboarding, want to share your enthusiasm with others, and don’t mind a job that’s going downhill most of the time, being an instructor might be just the thing for you!

Bittersweet Ski and Snowboard School is hiring ski and snowboard instructors for the 2025-2026 season.  All you need is a great attitude and work ethic, a moderate level of skiing/snowboarding ability, and good communication skills.  Benefits include great pay, free skiing/riding, and great discounts throughout the resort.

There will be a mandatory training clinic for new hires on Dec 12 from 6-8pm, and Dec 13-14, 2025, from 9am-5pm.  Attendance is required on all three days.  Potential instructor candidates must first submit a job application (link below) and participate in a pre-screening interview prior to Dec. 4.  Once your application has been submitted, Snowsports School staff will reach out to potential candidates to schedule interviews.
